Delete your account
You can delete your Apuls account and all associated data at any time. We give you three ways to do it — pick whichever is easiest.
How to delete
From the iOS or Android app (instant)
Open Apuls → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm. Your account and all data are wiped from our servers immediately.
By email
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to hello@apuls.app, subject "Delete my account." We'll process the request within 7 days and confirm by email when it's done.

Wiped immediately
- Your account record and password / OAuth identifier
- All vehicles, reservations, and tasks associated with your account
- Your Gmail OAuth tokens (Apuls' access is revoked at Google's end too)
- Revenue line items, daily-revenue allocations, expense records
- Notification preferences and any connected channel tokens (Pushover, Telegram, etc.)
- Email-debug-log rows associated with your account
Removed within 30 days
- Encrypted backups containing your data, as they rotate out
Retained indefinitely
- Aggregated, fully anonymized usage statistics (no personal data, no reservation IDs, no email addresses)
Once your account is deleted there's no recovery — we cannot restore the data even if you ask within minutes. If you want a copy of your data first, email hello@apuls.app and we'll send a JSON export within 7 days, then proceed with deletion if you still want it.
